KITRAC Engineering Solutions carried out the complete electrical installation for a newly developed 24-unit apartment block in Bamburi, comprising two basement parking levels, ground-floor commercial units, and five residential floors. The developer required a fully compliant installation capable of supporting future solar addition and EV charging in the basement, so KITRAC built in the conduit provisions from the outset.

Works included the main 400A incoming supply termination, a landlord distribution board for common areas, 24 individual apartment consumer units each with smart sub-metering, basement and stairwell lighting on DALI-dimming control, emergency lighting and fire alarm wiring throughout, and a 160 kVA standby generator for common services.

KITRAC coordinated closely with the main contractor throughout the three-phase build to ensure electrical first-fix, second-fix, and commissioning activities were aligned with the programme. The block was handed over to the developer on schedule and has been fully occupied since 2022. KITRAC continues to service the building under a biannual maintenance agreement.

160 kVA generator with ATS providing standby power for lifts, corridor emergency lighting, fire alarm, CCTV, and water pump — maintaining habitability during any mains supply failure.

EV charging conduit pre-installed in both basement levels and solar-ready riser shaft included to allow future PV and battery system addition without structural disruption.
